Survey about Interprofessional Dietitian Education for Team-Based Primary Health Care
Help us identify key practice competencies and common nutrition-related health issues facing dietitians in primary care to better prepare dietitians for interprofessional collaborative team-based primary care in Canada. Registered dietitians currently working in a team-based primary health care setting and/or as a dietetic educator as part of a dietetic education program in Canada are invited to participate. This is an anonymous survey that will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
